One of five worlds

Boost room

Boost room is not a gym room. Club lighting, a sound system built for volume and a coach on the mic, the energy of a night out, channelled into 50 minutes of HIIT, strength and boxing.

Lights down. Sound up.

Boost room is not a gym room. Club lighting, a sound system built for volume and a coach on the mic, the energy of a night out, channelled into 50 minutes of HIIT, strength and boxing.

Boost room is where the energy of ONE PULS lives. The lights drop, the room turns into a club and the music dictates every round. You do not count reps, you follow the beat.

It hosts HIIT, upper / lower / full body strength and cardio boxing. HIIT, high-intensity interval training, alternates very intense cardio efforts, close to maximum capacity, with short recovery periods (for example 30s of work / 15s of rest) to maximise fat loss and endurance.

Around that atmosphere sits real work: technical punching sequences on the bag, kettlebells, free weights and conditioning blocks. Five formats share the room, same lights, same sound, different intent.

What defines the method
01

Club-Style Energy

Low light, moving colour and a sound system tuned loud. The room is designed to feel like a night out, not a fitness floor, that atmosphere is the point, not a detail.

02

The HIIT Principle

Cardio and strength exercises alternated with short rests, at maximum intensity. It raises the heart rate sharply, preserves muscle mass and maximises calorie burn during and after the session, the afterburn effect.

03

Fitness-Focused, Not Combat

Unlike traditional boxing, cardio boxing is focused on fitness, endurance and weight loss, without real sparring or opposition.

04

Session Structure

Sessions alternate technical punching movements, on boxing bags in our case, with high-intensity exercises. Bodyweight or small equipment, skipping rope, dumbbells, kettlebells.

05

Benefits

Full-body strengthening, better cardiovascular capacity, better coordination and a genuine release of stress.

06

Accessible to Everyone

Suitable for all levels: the intensity is adjusted by each participant, round after round.

Five formats

One room. Five ways to train.

Live availability and coaches on the schedule page.

HIIT

Short, high-intensity interval training: intense cardio and strength blocks with brief recoveries. Maximum calorie burn in minimum time, adaptable to every level.

50 minutes

Upper / Lower / Full Body Strength

Strength work split by zone. Upper and Lower focus on one half of the body per session for better balance and recovery; Full Body trains every muscle group in a single session, ideal when starting out.

50 minutes

Cardio Boxing

Pure energy. Punching combinations on the bag alternated with high-intensity conditioning, driven end to end by the music. No technique prerequisite.

50 minutes

Boxing Basics

Learn the fundamentals of boxing in a motivating, accessible setting: guard, footwork, punches and combinations, while building coordination, cardio and conditioning. No prerequisites, it is not about fighting, but about the right movements at your own pace.

50 minutes

Pro Boxing

An advanced level of boxing: longer combinations, sharper technical demands and higher intensity. Still no sparring, still no contact.
